Colorado LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce (Denver, CO) A resource for finding LGBTQ owned and LGBTQ supportive businesses in Colorado.

Gay for Good – (Rocky Mountains) Gay for Good Rocky Mountains mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader Rocky Mountains community.

Mountain Pride (Eagle County) Mountain Pride is an organization inspired and driven to serve the needs of our LGBTQIA+ communities. LGBTQIA+ people in small towns and rural communities face unique challenges in coming out and being out. Meanwhile, they frequently live in communities with few or no resources for LGBTQIA+ people, forcing them to travel long distances to access the services and care they need. Mountain Pride is addressing these challenges by increasing year-round programming for the LGBTQIA+ community in addition to the annual Pride in the Park. Mountain Pride is devoted to strengthening its foundation and expanding its reach as an organization by establishing supportive, safe spaces, enhancing family acceptance and understanding, and offering access to education, resources, and programs.

The Center on Colfax (Denver, CO) Services include: HIV/STI screenings, insurance help, mental health counseling, social support groups and events, fitness classes, resource library, and more.

Transgender Center of the Rockies (Sheridan, CO) Services include counseling, therapy groups, MAT (medication assisted treatment), PREP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), support groups, WPATH letters.

UC Health Integrated Transgender Program (Aurora, CO) Services include gender-affirming hormone therapy, primary medical care, mental health care, sexual health and STI screening, surgical and dermatologic care, fertility preservation.

National Queer and Trans Therapists of Color Network:

Find a therapist close to you with their interactive Google Map. Search through an array of clinicians who cater to queer and trans people of color. This organization offers universal therapy access by providing financial support, diversity training for organizations, and an online forum where queer and trans people of color can connect.

The Trevor Project

National organization that provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to all LGBTQ+ youth, with an emphasis on protecting the Black community.

LGBTQ Psychotherapists of Color

A directory that matches LGBTQs of Color with licensed psychotherapists that are also a part of the same community. They also provide support, networking, leadership development, and community-building opportunities for LGBTQs of Color in psychology, social work, and counseling.

The Lesbians of Color Symposium (LOCS) Collective

A nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of LBTQ+ women and non-binary people of color through providing services and programming designed to educate, encourage and empower.

House of Rebirth

A transformative housing initiative and community safe space led by Black Trans Women to assist Black Trans Women affected by oppression by offering resident services and community programs.

Latinx Therapy:

This site offers many useful resources. It includes a search tool to help you find a therapist near you (especially bilingual professionals). Black Emotional and Mental Health:

Asian Pacific Development Center (APDC)

APDC’s Behavioral Health Clinic provides a variety of services to clients who represent a wide range of mental health issues from brief, transitory conditions to the more acute and chronic psychiatric symptoms and disorders.

The Center for Trauma & Resilience

The Center for Trauma & Resilience provides culturally and linguistically responsive programs, health promotion, and crime prevention education. We provide services to those affected by crime and the resulting trauma, at no cost. Our office is located in Denver, CO.

La Clinica Tepeyac

Clinica integrates behavioral health care with physical health care by screening all patients for behavioral health needs. The Behavioral Health department has bilingual counselors who are available to respond when individuals and families are experiencing emotional distress.

La Cocina

Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN)

RMIAN’s Social Service Project (SSP) provides wrap-around support to particularly vulnerable immigrant adults in deportation proceedings, including people with behavioral health challenges, physical or mental disabilities, or other realities that make being detained especially difficult.

Servicios de la Raza

The Behavioral Health Program of Servicios de la Raza is a specialized clinic providing culturally and linguistically responsive English and Spanish outpatient mental health and substance use services to underserved and uninsured populations. Our goal is to support a thriving community in which all members have the opportunities and support to achieve self-sufficiency and lead a healthy quality of life. Valley Settlement (Carbondale, CO)

The Alma program, launched in 2018, is a research study co-created with Dr. Sona Dimidjian and the CREST Lab of CU Boulder. to provide peer mentoring to depressed pregnant or postpartum women. Alma is informed by an evidence-based approach for depression, Behavioral Activation, and gives “compañeras” tools to share with pregnant women and mothers of children ages 0–3.

This database of over 70 licensed mental health professionals, therapists and coaches for Black men. This site offers many resources, including personal testimonials and financial assistance.

CO4Kids is the Colorado Department of Human Services’ statewide initiative to provide awareness about Colorado’s child welfare system. It focuses on educating the public about the signs of child abuse and neglect, while raising awareness about the Hotline (844-264-5437) to report concerns related to a child or youth. CO4Kids also strives to strengthen families as a means of preventing abuse and neglect from happening in the first place, helping all Colorado kids have a safe environment. Finally, the campaign is committed to recruiting and retaining foster and adoptive parents, so that when an out of home placement is unavoidable, a child has a safe place to thrive.https://co4kids.org
