Patients love them! They are emotionally intelligent and fabulous with patients.Most patients love them! Some get rubbed the wrong way, but this happens!Hmmm...its hit or miss if they relate to patients well. It's 50/50.Well, "relating" is a strong word. They're more mechanical with patients - not personable, but they get the job done.Does yelling and screaming at patients count as relating?

Yes, it seems like patients love them.I'm not sure, I don't know anything about their patients.Some do, some don't.No, I don't think patients like them generally.

They're loved by everyone on the team! Impressively popular.They're loved by most - they only have 1-2 nemeses.They seem to split people down the middle - 50/50. Some adore them, others are like...go away, fool.Hmm...they have a few close friends and focus on them.Ohhh, no. They are Royalty when it comes to gossip, splitting, and creating drama.

They're expert at speaking with a range of folks, from children to staff to difficult patients.They're most comfortable communicating in professional spaces, but seem shy/ awkward/not confident outside of their professional role.Their ability to communicate is dependent on their mood and emotions.Huh? Communicate? They stick to themselves, and I'm really not sure how they do patient care.They're awkward but effective in communicating.

They're always on time, get their notes done on time, and are on time for meetings.They're mostly punctual and reliable. Their super power is more about client care and interpersonal skills.They need a lot of improvement when it comes to work ethic - I think other priorities take over!

No matter how many patients they have, they seem to get it all done effectively and efficiently!Like I said, they're superpower is interpersonal relating, not administrative work. It shows, but the patients are happy, and they do get their work done within a week of the appointment.They're a bit of a disaster, to be honest.I'm not sure - I don't get to see this side of their performance.

They are champions of change, moving towards new ideas and what the team needs.They seem skittish about change, but they will adapt when things are explained to them.We haven't had many changes since they've worked with us, so unsure.They are known to be a change-curmudgeon, definitely not liking it at all. Its like pulling teeth!

Excellent. They are a leader in an emergency situation.They are a great support person in an emergency.Emergency? They're much better in stable conditions.They do not do well in stressful, emergent situations. I'm not sure.I'm not sure.

They are kind and receptive when receiving feedback about an area that needs improvement. They are humble.They get very tense when they need to receive feedback, but they work with it and improve accordingly.They receive feedback but then do not make improvements.They seem baffled when given any feedback, like they already do everything - absolutely everything - perfectly.There are hints of Narcism, for sure. They are unable to receive feedback.

Yes, unequivocally. They are a true advocate for minorities and diversity.Sometimes. They seem to have a group or two that they are passionate about supporting.I'm not sure as they don't publicly share what their views are.They have said certain micro aggressions that make me uncomfortable around them.They seem unsupportive of minorities and diversity.
